GMAC teams with Lindsay Exhibit Group and Poker Pro Scotty Nguyen for a successful event at the National Auto Dealers Association annual convention 2010
GMAC Financial Services exhibited at the National Auto Dealers Association (NADA) annual convention in Orlando, FL on February 13-15, 2010. The exhibit, designed and fabricated by Lindsay Exhibit Group, consisted of workstations for product/service demos, casual seating areas, a full-service cappuccino bar (very popular at the show!), and to tie in with the “Up the Ante” promotion, a poker table complete with former World Series of Poker winner Scotty Nguyen. Attendees at the show were invited through a pre-show promotional mailing to show up at GMAC’s exhibit and have a seat at the poker table to play a few hands with Nguyen, a former champion and 5-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner (all for fun; and a chance to get an autograph from the oh-so-charming Mr. Nguyen). Following play at the Poker table, attendees were then treated to cappuccinos, and received demonstrations from GMAC’s business units, including Automotive Finance, F&I Products, and a dealer-to-dealer auto auction site, SmartAuction. The event was an extremely successful one for GMAC, resulting in a terrific lead count, and positive PR response for GMAC / Ally Dealer Rewards.
