Life-long Michigan resident, and proud CMU alumni (Fire Up Chips!). I sort of fell into the trade show industry, and found that it fit my Sales + Marketing genetic make-up quite well. I enjoy learning about all types of businesses and industries; it makes every project interesting for me. I’ve worked with clients that range from Fortune 500 to just-opened-the-doors-yesterday. Have made many friends along the way; some customers, some suppliers. It continues to be a fun ride.
Tracy and I boot-strapped this business from the ground up, and it has been fun and fulfilling to build a great team of seasoned professionals. I try to stay out of their way and not screw things up! At this point, its all I know how to do, and I think it’s too late to be a dentist?
+30 years married, 2 kids, and enough “stuff” to keep me occupied beyond work. If I’m not in the office, it’s likely I’m watching a Tiger game, fishing, or monkeying around in the garage working on a home project. Still looking for the perfect work/life balance? It’s important to me, and part of our core values here in the business. Lots of great family-oriented people here in the building; I know we all appreciate and support each other in and out of work.
